Intermittent Wind Electrical Generation. GSF has designed and
erected models of large-scale windmills that can develop up to
10,000 H.P.  in 40 mph winds.  Each mill would have the
capability of winding ten 200 KWH flywheels up to full speed.  If
the  wheels are housed in vacuum chambers  below the mills,
power storage for a full year of use from each sub-station is
feasible.
